These clients gave me a call one day, after trying to sell on their own. He said, Cerina, just get my house sold!

In the first week, we had an offer. Week 5, we had five offers. Finally, the right buyers showed up! They knew it was perfect for them.

Its was not an easy process, but Clint Porter represented clients on lending side, and he and his team did a fabulous job! And Tessa Lawsons office did amazing, as they also closed for these clients years ago.

I get why it can look that way from the outside. But to me, it has never been just about the house.

It’s the call saying, “I got my dream job.”
It’s hearing, “We found the one.”
