Chance Hale, a finance major from McMinnville, Tennessee, has been named the 2025 recipient of Tennessee Tech University’s prestigious Derryberry Award, the university’s highest student honor.

Attorney Kyle Richardson is joining our office!!

We are so exciting to announce a big addition to our firm!

Kyle Richardson will be joining us as the newest attorney at the office.

Kyle is a graduate of Jackson County High School and received his undergraduate degree from Tennessee Tech University. He graduated from Cumberland School of Law and received a direct commission in the United States Army JAG Corps where he served on active duty.

While a judge advocate, Kyle served as an administrative law attorney at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, a legal assistance attorney at Fort Knox, Kentucky, and the Chief of Military Justice at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. He was also appointed as a federal prosecutor at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Kyle joins a long line of attorneys who fight hard, advocate for their clients, and serve this community with passion.

Kyle will work along side Dawn Myers Fry and Brett Knight to represent the people of the Upper Cumberland including their legal needs.

Today's ADOPTION was extra special! Boy/Girl twins!! My twins are now 22 years old so it has been a long time since I held tiny babies. Such a treat to start my week. Thank you to this family for giving me the opportunity to be a part of this big day and reminisce a little.
