Sorry to see this happen! ⛪️ As a former CCC member and a real estate broker, when I saw the other parcels listed in 2023, looking at today’s investment market, it was a business decision in the making.

I understand the reality many large institutions face today. When membership declines, the cost of maintaining large campuses schools, sanctuaries, and community facilities can become very difficult to sustain.

Seeing the announcement about the closure of Frederick K. C. Price III Christian School after 40 years of service on the campus of Crenshaw Christian Center is truly bittersweet.

Founded by Frederick K. C. Price in Inglewood, the church and its educational institutions were once a powerful pillar serving families across Los Angeles.

Moments like this are not just about loss they are also about transition and stewardship. Properties that once served one vision can often be repositioned to serve the next generation of community needs.

As a Black local brokerage that understands both the cultural and economic value of institutions like this, I would have welcomed the opportunity to represent and help guide the next chapter for such a historic property.
