All local Rockdale County candidates are running as Democrats. In order to make a change select the Democrat Ballot in the Primary. There will be no local candidates on the Republican Ballot except Judges and School Board. See Ballot below or use link

What should I do if I requested a Republican mail Ballot, can I exchange it for a Democrat ballot?

Election Board Supervisor Cynthia Willingham response, "good morning, if you have not returned your ballot, you may return it and request the ballot of your choice. We send out the party ballot listed on the absentee application completed by the voter. We have had several voters cancel their republican ballot in which they requested and replaced it with the democratic ballot. This is not an issue….its the voter’s choice to switch if desired."
