At The Law Offices of McKenzie R. Macy, LLC, we want our clients to recognize us by our core values: Knowledge, Relationships, and Efficiency. We want to know the law and how to use the law to best serve our clients, connect with our clients on both a professional and personal level, and complete client matters with the same efficiency that we would want if we were the client.
McKenzie R. Macy, the firm’s attorney, has lived in various parts of the Natural State from the time he was four years old. He graduated from Lyon College in 2014 Summa Cum Laude, triple majoring in English, political science, and history. From there, he attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law (“Bowen”), graduating in 2017 at the top 5% of his class; while at Bowen, McKenzie received top papers in Business Associations, Secured Transactions, Tax Policy, and Lawyering Skills II, and served as the Articles Editor for the Editorial Board of Bowen’s Law Review.
McKenzie has worked as a law clerk at a number of places, including at: (1) The Supreme Court of Arkansas under the Honorable Karen Baker; (2) the Dudeck Law Firm, an estate planning and elder law firm; (3) the David Hodges Law Firm, a torts firm for plaintiffs; (4) the Arkansas Municipal League, focusing primarily on county and state laws; (5) Cross, Gunter, Witherspoon, & Galchus, P.C., a labor and employment law firm; (6) Frost, PLLC, a tax and accounting firm; and (7) Blair & Stroud, a full-service law firm specializing in personal injury matters.
Upon becoming an attorney, McKenzie first worked for a while with the Dudeck Law Firm, an estate planning and elder law firm. McKenzie enjoyed his time with the Dudeck Law Firm, but wanted to start a more varied practice that allowed him to dedicate more time to individual clients.
