What does it mean to be a SELLERS market? Anything under 5-6 Months of inventory. According to NAR, We are sitting at 3.4 Months of inventory with a 2% gain since last month, however we are DOWN 15.4% since last year in annual sales. There are less homes on the market and yes they ARE taking longer to sell.
