AI can help clients understand legal concepts, but it cannot practice law or provide the best legal advice.

Welcome Vanessa Maddoux to our office. She has already been an asset to the practice.

Chad has/is training three of my dogs. One that with issues and two with better genetics. I can say that his routine is consistent, organized and loves to train dogs. My recent purchase, he took an older dog with issues and he is now a Master Hunter and I have bigger expectations coming after the Summer Training.

If you've had someone not reimburse you for services after signing a contract, you may be eligible to file a breach of contract suit.

To sue for breach of contract, you need to prove the existence of a valid contract, that the other party failed to fulfill their contractual obligations (breached the contract), and that you suffered damages as a result. In Texas, you would file a lawsuit in the appropriate court, either state or federal, depending on the amount in controversy and other factors.

Steps to Sue for Breach of Contract:

1. Determine if a valid contract exists: This can be in writing, verbal, or implied by the situation.

2. Identify the breach: Determine exactly how the other party failed to fulfill their contractual obligations.

3. Assess your damages: Calculate the financial losses you incurred due to the breach.
Consult with an attorney: A lawyer can advise you on the best course of action, including the appropriate court to file in and the specific legal requirements in Texas.

4. File the lawsuit: John Choate Jr, as your attorney, will draft and file the necessary legal documents with the court.

5. Serve the defendant: The defendant must be formally notified of the lawsuit.

6. Engage in discovery: Both sides exchange information to prepare for trial.

7. Mediation or Arbitration may be required.

8. Trial or settlement: The case may proceed to trial, or the parties may reach a settlement before trial.
