We offer ten different clinics, where, by law, our students can perform nearly all tasks required of a lawyer. Our location in Concord, New Hampshire's capital, and our status as the state's only law school offer numerous pro bono, externship and Federal Work Study experiences, too.

Professor Lucy Hodder is attending the 49th Annual Health Law Professors Conference, American Society of Law, Medicine and Ethics, Jun 3-5, at Georgia State University College of Law, in Atlanta. She will be presenting on a panel entitled “Medicaid at a Crossroads: Federalism, Access and the Future of Public Coverage.”

Professor Hodder directs the Health and Life Sciences Law and Policy programs at UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and is a Distinguished Visiting Professor of Law. She is an experienced New Hampshire healthcare and regulatory attorney in practice for over 30 years.

Congratulations to Professor Zvi Rosen who is participating in ASIPI's three-day seminar on the Intersection of Law, Sport and Entertainment.

Professor Rosen presented yesterday to younger ASIPI members on UNH Franklin Pierce's school and programs. He also served on the panel: NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) in the NCAA: Lessons for Latin America, with moderator Jose Antonio Fabara and guest Adidas' Francisco Morello.

The seminar is addressing the rights of teams, leagues, and athletes, the organization of international sporting events, broadcasting rights, image rights, and unfair competition, among other current issues.
