Stats for “Months Supply of Homes“ in each of the NH counties. 🏡🗓️

Months supply measures how long the current inventory of homes would take to sell at the present sales pace. Six months of inventory is generally considered a balanced housing market, where buyers and sellers have roughly equal negotiating power.

This past summer, New Hampshire averaged 2.8 months of inventory statewide, but market conditions varied significantly across the state—from just 1.7 months in Hillsborough County, reflecting a strong seller’s market, to 7 months in Coos County, indicating a slight buyer’s market.

Even within individual counties, months supply can vary considerably from town to town. That is why buyers and sellers should speak with a local REALTOR® to better understand market conditions in their community and neighborhoods.

PS Carroll County is at 4.4 months of supply

Happiness is Key when I’m working with my buyer clients—and it’s something that will always be incredibly important to me. 🏡❤️

Recently, I had the absolute pleasure of celebrating a closing with a wonderful buyer who was graciously referred to me by one of my REALTOR® friends, Matt, who is out of this area.
I’m beyond thankful for the trust you placed in me, Matt, and for sending someone my way who I had the privilege of helping find their perfect home. Referrals like this mean so much to me—not only because of the business, but because they are a true reflection of the trust and relationships we build in this industry.

Helping someone through the journey of buying a home and seeing their happiness when they finally reach the closing table is exactly why Happiness is Key! 🔑🏡✨ So happy Mandy that you are able to be closer to your family. Enjoy every moment and the memories that will be made!

Thank you again, Matt, for thinking of me and trusting me with your referral. I’m truly grateful! ❤️

I had the absolute pleasure of celebrating a closing last week with two very special clients, Bill & Robin, who I have been working with for over two years! ❤️
I first met this wonderful couple at one of my open houses. We hit it off right away, and I was so blessed when they chose to work with me directly to help them find their perfect home.
Over the past two years, our relationship grew into so much more than just REALTOR® and clients—we became friends. ❤️ And believe me, finding that Perfect Home wasn’t always easy! There were a few offer disappointments and some tough moments along the way, but we kept marching forward.
The real estate market has certainly presented its challenges over the past few years, but by working together as a team, trusting one another, and never giving up, we finally made it to the finish line! 🎉🔑

Bill & Robin, thank you from the bottom of my heart for choosing me to be your REALTOR® and for always being honest, open, and trusting throughout this journey. I appreciate you both more than you know, and I am so grateful that this journey brought not only a successful closing, but two wonderful friends into my life. ❤️

Congratulations on your beautiful new home! 🏡🥂 May it be filled with many happy memories for years to come!

And now… 😍
ONTO LISTING YOUR CONCORD CONDO!!! 🏡🔑😂

Let’s do this! ❤️
