Vote for Ben Cox, the only licensed attorney in the race for Cabarrus County Clerk of Court.

WANT TO KNOW HOW TO GET IN AND OUT OF THE POLL QUICK?

The primary is on Tuesday, March 3rd. Make sure to exercise your right to vote. Remember, both Republicans and Independents can vote in the primary.

As you approach polls you will see candidates or others handing out materials. There is no official Republican voter guide with candidates pre-marked. It is important to do your own research. I am running on my own qualifications and not as part of a group.

TO SELECT THE MOST QUALIFIED CANDIDATE IT IS CRITICAL THAT YOU DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH AND ARRIVE AT THE POLL INFORMED. THAT WAY YOU CAN PROCEED DIRECTLY INSIDE TO COMPLETE YOUR BALLOT.

STILL NOT SURE WHO TO VOTE FOR?

Everything you need to assist you is below. Click on the links to the candidate video interviews and then read the questionnaire answers. The questions asked in the video interviews are questions that every should voter should ask and that they deserve an answer to. The interviews were conducted by the Election Hub which is a politically neutral nonprofit that seeks to educate voters on candidates and is not affiliated with any party. It is the best source of information that I have found as both a voter and candidate.

Make sure to get out and vote in the primary on March 3rd. The outcomes in the primary have the ability to affect Cabarrus County for years to come.

As I have said since the beginning, I am not a politician, To me, this is a job interview and the voters of Cabarrus County are the hiring managers. Knowing the candidates and their qualifications is the key to becoming an informed voter. I am asking for your vote in the primary on March 3rd.

Early voting is approaching and starts on February 12th at 8:00 am at the Cabarrus County Board of Elections. Some independent voters may not realize that they can vote in the primary. In some races, the primary may decide who will advance to the election in November. In other races, such as the one for Cabarrus County Clerk of Court, the primary will determine who the next Clerk is. This is the chance for Republican and independent voters to speak up and be heard. Use your voice.

Some of you may also still be undecided as to who you will vote for. I would suggest you do research and look at the qualifications of the candidates. I am including a link below that will tell you a lot about each of the candidates, their qualifications and their plans for the office. Watch the videos first and then look at the answers to the questionnaire. This opportunity was provided by the nonpartisan group The Election Hub that provides unbiased and helpful information for voters. I am asking for your vote in the Republican Party on March 3rd.
