The latest U.S. housing report from the National Association of Realtors shows prices continued to rise in April, with the median home price in the country at $417,700. In New Hampshire, the median home price is even higher at $560,000
"I think that people realize that things are not going to get any better in terms of prices," said Joanie McIntire, 2024 President of NHAR. "We're not going to see a big price drop because our inventory is still so, so tight."

In April, New Hampshire had 1,979 homes on the market, a number McIntire said should be closer to 8,000.
