If you know me, you know that Mid-Century Modern homes, especially Eichlers, are hands down my FAVORITE style of homes! ❤️🏡

There’s just something about the clean architectural lines, floor-to-ceiling windows, open floor plans, exposed beams, and seamless indoor-outdoor living that gets me EVERY TIME! 🤌🏼🔥

And living here in the Bay Area, we’re lucky to have some incredible examples of these architectural gems right in our backyard!

From iconic Eichlers to butterfly roofs, atrium designs, and classic California contemporaries, these homes have a timeless character that’s hard to replicate. 🌴☀️

Fun fact: Joseph Eichler helped revolutionize California housing by bringing modern architecture to everyday families during the mid-1900s. His designs are still turning heads decades later!
