Bae’s Burgers is one of those local spots that hits the spot every time with big, messy burgers, crispy fries, and plenty of flavor. 🍔🍟

If you have ever wished you had just one more garage bay, this home gives you four.

There is a three car attached garage plus a separate detached one car garage with additional storage. That extra space could be perfect for a classic car, workshop, golf cart, lawn equipment, hobbies, or simply keeping the main garage organized.

And the rest of the property gives you plenty of room too, with 4,000 square feet, a main level primary suite, spacious bonus room, and nearly an acre surrounded by mature trees.

If you would like to see everything this Davidson home has to offer, send us a message and we would be happy to show you around.

September gave us a pretty clear picture of where the Charlotte area market stands heading into fall.

Across the Charlotte, Concord, and Gastonia metro, active inventory was up 10.3% compared with September 2025. At the same time, new listings were down 7.5%. Homes spent a median of 64 days on the market, about six days longer than last September.

One number that really caught our attention was price reductions. About 26% of active listings had a price cut during September.

So what does all of this mean for Davidson, Huntersville, Concord, Mooresville, and the surrounding communities?

For buyers, there is more breathing room. More inventory means more homes to compare, and longer market times can create opportunities to have meaningful conversations about price, closing costs, repairs, and other terms.

For sellers, this is a market where the details matter. Pricing correctly from the beginning, preparing the home well, and having a strong marketing plan can make a real difference when buyers have more options.

The Charlotte area is not one single market, either. What we are seeing in Davidson may look different from Huntersville, Concord, or Mooresville, and even two nearby neighborhoods can perform differently.

If you are thinking about making a move this fall, send us a message. We would be happy to talk about what September's numbers mean for your specific neighborhood.

There is something really convenient about having a city park practically in your backyard.

At 8807 Royal Bluff, Clarks Creek city park is right next door, so walking trails, playgrounds, green space, and outdoor recreation are all close by. Back at home, there is a large fenced yard and an oversized family room with plenty of space to gather.

It is also nice knowing the roof, HVAC, and hot water tank have all been replaced in recent years.

A new roof, HVAC system, and hot water tank may not be the most exciting things to photograph, but they can certainly make owning a home more comfortable.

This Charlotte home has already had all three replaced in the last few years. Add in more than 2,700 square feet, a large fenced backyard, and Clarks Creek city park right next door, and there is a lot here to appreciate.

Sometimes knowing the big things have already been taken care of makes all the difference.
