Office Administrator

Position Details: This position assists with organizing the office; typing up memos/printing documents, printing/faxing/emailing documents; and updating schedules/events for the Civil/Personal Injury division

Position Responsibilities
- Type up any memos/documents per request
- Print out documents
- Organize documents
- File documents
- Keep administrative documents organized and filed appropriately
- Pay invoices and handle payments for accounts receivable
- Populating and updating calendars for attorneys and legal
staff
- Handling inventory and checking equipment; ordering supplies/equipment where appropriate

Role Requirements

- HS Diploma/Bachelors Degree - preferred
- 2-3 years of office administration in high volume fast-paced environment
- Able to type 50 wpm and understand email and operations systems (Outlook, Word)
- Experience handling large workloads and meeting multiple deadlines
- BRING A SMILE AND POSITIVE ATTITUDE EVERY DAY!!!
