Legal Aid of Southeast and Central Ohio - LASCO We provide civil legal aid and advocacy to overcome injustice, reduce poverty, and increase opportunity.

Legal Aid of Southeast and Central Ohio (formerly OSLSA, LASC, and SEOLS) gives free legal help to people with low incomes and limited savings. We help with issues related to health benefits, housing, school, employment, utilities, family law problems, consumer problems, public benefits like SNAP and Medicare issues, and other noncriminal legal matters. LASCO is a nonprofit law firm with eight offices serving 36 counties across Southeast and Central Ohio.

A path forward starts with access. 🪪 At LASCO’s driver’s license clinics, Ohioans get the support they need to resolve suspensions and move toward reinstatement.

“I was treated like a person—not another court case. I couldn’t have done it without Legal Aid,” said Bob, who received his temporary license after attending a Franklin County clinic.
