From Fixer Duplex to 14-Unit Upgrade
We bought this duplex for $135K one side had a collapsed ceiling, and the other had a long-term tenant paying just $600.
Step-by-step, we:
✅ Let the tenant stay
✅ Renovated the vacant side and leased it for $1,300
✅ Then updated the other side and leased it for $1,350
