So excited for my client Ohio Women's Alliance, whose leadership and clients had the courage, strength, and conviction to join this fight to uphold the Reproductive Freedom Act overwhelmingly passed last November by Ohioans (new Article 1, Sec 22 of the Ohio Constitution).

Proud to have been able to help OWA tell Ohio women's stories about the harm, hardships, and loss caused by Ohio's UNCONSTITUTIONAL abortion restrictions through the filing of an amicus brief.

The fight continues for a full decision and likely defense in the Court of Appeals and Ohio Supreme Court, but today is a good day.

Happy that my client, Ohio Women's Alliance, Amicus Brief was formally accepted into the record today by the Franklin County Common Pleas Court in the proceedings challenging the extremist GOP's continuing and unrelenting assault on Ohioan's reproductive rights in violation of the citizen-initiated and passed Reproductive Freedom Amendment to the Ohio Constitution - Article I, Section 22.

Excellent coverage of the amicus brief I filed last week on behalf of Ohio Women's Alliance challenging Ohio’s continuing unconstitutional and harmful restrictions on access to abortion care.

Double the costs, double the travel, double the child care. Those were the stories of some who struggled to receive abortion care because of Ohio's 24-hour waiting period and two-visit mandates, according to a new court brief in a lawsuit attempting to eliminate the regulations.

Important news for RCO and many of our clients - current law remains the same: superPACs/IEs remain free to raise unlimited 💵💵💵 from a broad range of sources.

The Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear a lawsuit from congressional Democrats challenging the legality of super PACs, which can raise and spend unlimited amounts of money in support of political candidates.
