Gov. Dewine's dubious ban will last for 90 days beginning on October 14th. I have clients that these legal beverages are 10-20% of their legal business. We'll see where this goes with the Ohio General Assembly...

Amen, Councilman Hardin. Make it stop...Brice has collected $430K in traffic fines in the last 10 months alone in a village of about 100 people with their traffic cameras. I know personally the stress it puts on the County courts. We thought we had gotten rid of it years ago but they're back with a vengeance in the last two years.

Well this just sucks. Former OSU lineman Kirk Barton is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide after a crash at 3am near Bridge Park killed 24 year-old Ethan Perry. He's alleged to have been intoxicated. Try to remember that one bad decision with alcohol and driving can ruin not just your life but many others lives. Get a friggin' Uber!

Would not have picked this name out of a multiple choice for next famous athlete OVI. Mary Lou Retton, 1984 Olympic gold medalist gymnast arrested in her hometown of Fairmont, WV on DUI charges.

Ohio man arrested for 20th OVI. That's the most I've seen. He had 19 previous OVIs in 1974, 1979, 1980, 1980, 1980, 1982, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1984, 1988, 1988, 1989, 1993, 1994, 1999, 2002, 2009, 2012. In his defense he'd gone 13 years since his last conviction. Yikes...
