Sara Chisnell is an attorney with an extensive background in animal law, beginning before she was even in law school. In college, she was exposed to the injustice of breed specific legislation and her eyes were opened. After law school and working in the Michigan Attorney General’s office with the Racing Commission, she spent nearly 10 years as Legal Counsel for United Kennel Club, the second larg

est dog registry in the US. During her time there she oversaw the dispute department and dealt with just about every kind of disagreement that can arise out of dog breeding, dog sales, partnerships, etc. This in-depth experience combined with her nerdy love of drafting contracts makes her one of the best attorneys to create sound and usable contracts for those in the dog world.
