In 2006, a group of lawyers from one of the most prominent plaintiff's law firms in Georgia, if not the nation, left their former practice to form Daughtery, Crawford & Brown, LLP. Our lawyers all handled cases in the areas of personal injury, product liability, and consumer class actions and liked practicing law with each other. We also shared the same goal of bringing more client focus and perso
nal attention to the kind of work we had done our entire careers. Two of our founders—Pete Daughtery and Jason Crawford—had a combined thirty years of experience prior to forming our firm and were named partners at our prior firm. We bring a high level of experience to all of the personal injury and consumer cases we handle, including auto accidents, truck accidents, product liability and auto defect cases, nursing home negligence, wrongful death, insurance disputes, commercial disputes, and consumer class action lawsuits. While we are known for the solid results we have obtained for our clients, not every case results in a large recovery. We are also proud of the smaller cases we have handled, and are thankful for the meaningful relationships we've developed with clients and other attorneys along the way. Sometimes a person will suffer life-changing injuries in a car wreck, but the driver who injured them has only minimal insurance. In cases like these, our lawyers are very creative in finding additional sources of recovery, such as a product liability lawsuit, a claim against a homeowner policy, or and uninsured/underinsured motorist claim.
