Meet our Law Clerk: Blake Jansen

Blake earned dual bachelor’s degrees in English and Philosophy from Lindenwood University before deciding to pursue his legal career at Mizzou Law. Since joining our team earlier this year, Blake has jumped right in … helping with client intake, drafting motions, and supporting our attorneys behind the scenes!
When he’s not busy with casework, Blake enjoys reading, catching up on his favorite TV shows and movies, or spending quality time with family.

Meet our Law Clerk: Hayden Page
Hayden is originally from Kearney, MO and attended the University of Minnesota, where he played rugby (Go Gophs) and studied political science. In his free time, Hayden likes to read and listen to music, go on hikes, and update his letterboxd when he has time. Hayden looks forward to learning from a team of very accomplished attorneys, and getting invaluable civil rights experience at the firm this summer!

Meet our Law Clerk: Joshua Rogers
Joshua is a rising 3L at Mizzou Law. Originally from Springfield, Illinois, he received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Alabama. In his time spent outside the legal world, he considers himself to be an amateur cook, third rate artist, and an up-and-coming movie critic. He is eager to learn about civil rights and discrimination law in a setting outside of the classroom. He believes TGH Litigation is a shining example of how the law can be wielded to prevent injustice and he looks forward to contributing to that mission this summer. Welcome Joshua to the TGH Team!

TGH has been busy this week 🙌 A former Ashland police officer who was wrongfully fired after reporting his chief’s misconduct just secured a $1 million settlement. A reminder that whistleblower protections matter and that standing up for what’s right can be vindicated.

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) A former Ashland police officer has settled his lawsuit with the city, according to his attorney. TGH Partners Julianne Germinder and Joanna Trachtenberg recently attended the American Association for Justice Ultimate Trial Advocacy Course®: The Art of Persuasion in Atlanta, GA.
This rigorous five-day program covered advanced strategies in jury selection, voir dire, trial psychology, and courtroom communications. They attended lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on workshops led by seasoned trial lawyers, nationally recognized trial consultants, and communications experts. They look forward to using these strategies for their clients in the courtroom.
