Throughout the summer, they attended depositions, mediations, hearings, conducted valuable legal research, and gained a firsthand look at the day-to-day work of our firm. Effective July 1, 2026, Voting Shareholder Claude Prevost has been named President & CEO. Claude will oversee firmwide operations, drive strategic initiatives, and expand the firm’s presence across key practice areas.

Voting Shareholder Kelsey Brudvig has been named Vice President overseeing the finance and human relations functions of the firm.
