We encourage out of court and non adversarial settlement methods, but Jac E. Knust has nearly 40 years of litigation experience and is prepared to appear in court and advocate for clients in a court setting.

We're thrilled to share some wonderful news about our dedicated attorney, Jac E. Knust, who recently attended the prestigious Maryland State Bar Association gathering in Ocean City. Our commitment to continuous learning and professional development remains a cornerstone of our practice. Jac has returned not only brimming with renewed energy but also carrying a wealth of knowledge that will undoubtedly benefit our clients and team alike.
We're thrilled to announce the comeback of the Collaborative Law Group after a 6-year hiatus! Our mission remains the same: to provide a peaceful and constructive approach to resolving legal conflicts through collaboration, effective communication, and mutual respect. It's great to come back!
I attend a training and presentation from MACRO regarding the latest happenings on ADR and mediation via the Court system. I have noticed a significant up tick in mediation clients this year.
I attended a three hour training last night sponsored by the MD Courts. The purpose of the training is to educate the public about how to prosecute a case in the MD Court system with a lawyer or with minimal assistance from a lawyer. I suggested that alternative dispute resolution methods be presented to the public as well.
