Starting Monday, July 27, crews will begin the asphalt portion of a shoulder widening and resurfacing project on Route 124 from Route 240 (Fayette) to U.S. 63 in Boone County. Expect one-lane traffic with flaggers directing motorists through the work zone. Plan for delays and drive safely.

The section of Route 124 from U.S. 63 to Hallsville is tentatively scheduled for September.
