La decisión judicial de hoy, que revoca la jurisprudencia anterior, dictaminó que salir del país con un Permiso de Salida/Viaje Anticipado (“Advance Parole”) ahora contará como una salida, lo cual eliminará la protección contra la inadmisibilidad y activará el penal de NO poder entrar de nuevo al país si ha tenido presencia anterior indocumentada.
Today's court decision, overruling prior case law, ruled that travel abroad with Advance Parole, will now count as a departure, which will eliminate the protection of inadmissibility and trigger a reentry bar due to prior unlawful presence.
