Windy grew up in Columbia but began her legal career with an Outer Banks’ law firm. A few years later, she returned to Columbia to open her own firm because she recognized the great need for legal services in this area. ly two decades of existence. Windy's niece, Brooke, followed in Windy's footsteps and became an attorney; Brooke joined the firm in August 2016, upon passing the NC Bar Exam. The firm also has expanded to include four legal assistants (Nadine Brickhouse, Susie Ainsley, Tessi Hollis, and Austin Ainsley) and one paralegal (Hunter Rose). While we are a general practice firm and can help our clients with a wide-range of legal issues, we most frequently deal with real estate transactions, family and juvenile law cases, and estate planning. Though our firm has grown, our vision remains the same as when Windy founded it years ago - we still are dedicated to fiercely advocating for each client that chooses us to assist them with their legal issue.
