C. Anthony Edwards is a member and managing partner of Edwards and Prince. His practice includes broad areas of Tax law and representing clients in U. Tax Court and the TN Dept of Revenue; Business/Commercial/ Trusts/Estate Planning/Probate, Corporate & Business Taxation and Personal Taxation. Tony is licensed to practice before Tennessee Courts, United States Federal District Court, and the United States Tax Court. Tony obtained his Juris Doctor Degree at the University of Memphis. Prior to law school, Tony graduated from Fogelman College of Business and Economics, and the University of Memphis with a BBA in Accounting. Tony is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Maury County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Tony is also a member of the House of Delegates of the Tennessee Bar Association. Tony was employed with the Internal Revenue Service as an Estate and Gift Tax Attorney. He was a tax and accounting instructor at Columbia State Community College, Nashville State Technical Institute and the Internal Revenue Service Instructor Cadre. PRINCE

Jeremy W. Prince is a member and partner of Edwards and Prince. His practice includes Corporate and Business Law, Commercial/Business Litigation, Trusts/Estate Planning/Probate, Corporate & Business Taxation and Personal Taxation. Jeremy obtained his Master of Laws in Taxation of Alabama and his Juris Doctor Degree at Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law. Prior to law school, Jeremy graduated from the Fogelman College of Business and Economics where he obtained an MBA with concentration in finance and a BBA in accounting. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Jeremy is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, the Maury County Bar Association, and the Georgia Bar Association. Jeremy practiced law in Columbus, Georgia at the law firm of Page, Scrantom, Sprouse, Tucker & Ford, P.C. for approximately 2 years.
