April and May brought some fun in that I was able to work with two colleagues (and more importantly, friends!) on two different transactions.

Talon Zinger and I were able to help an awesome couple purchase their first home in Sykesville. The transformation of the property the last few weeks has been incredible. It is truly amazing what a little paint and flooring can do.

Sam Bruck and I helped longtime family friends with an off-market property in Maple Lawn. His first time homebuyers made an offer with great terms that allowed my Sellers to move onto the next stage smoothly, without a lot of inconveniences, and at a price that exceeded their expectations.

I love working with people I know ! I like working with strangers too because we will become friends too 😜
