Renovating your home DOES NOT guarantee that you will make more money when you are ready to sell. in fact, some renovations will cost you money. You may want to skip these when you are ready to sell....

1) Full Kitchen Remodel - A complete kitchen gut rarely returns 100% of the cost. Minor updates (painted cabinets, hardware, lighting) usually give better ROI.

2) Luxury Bathroom Overhaul - High-end tile, custom showers, and spa upgrades don’t always match neighborhood price points. Keep it clean and neutral instead.

Yeah...it's definitely official now. E-learning tomorrow for the kiddos. Last weekend we were told that it would snow...then nothing. But it snowed all day yesterday. Today we woke up to this scene in our backyard. Kids will definitely be around the house tomorrow! 🤷
