Real estate isn’t just transactions- it’s chapters of people’s lives. And I’ve been honored to be part of a few truly meaningful ones. There are headlines/clickbait AND there are data and reality. ⚖️ You will see slight ups and downs, but generally in the South, home prices are holding quite steady.
