Before your appointment with Be Official Notary & More, here are 4 important things to bring to help make your signing smooth, quick, and stress-free:
1️⃣ YOUR COMPLETED DOCUMENT 📄
Have your document completed and ready for notarization. Do not sign it ahead of time unless you have been instructed that you may do so. Some documents must be signed in the presence of the Notary.
2️⃣ ACCEPTABLE VALID IDENTIFICATION 🪪
Bring a current, acceptable form of identification for the notarization.
3️⃣ WITNESS OR WITNESSES, IF REQUIRED 👥
Some documents require witnesses in addition to the Notary. Be sure to confirm whether witnesses are required for your particular document before your appointment.
4️⃣ FORM OF PAYMENT 💳
Have your preferred form of payment ready at the time of your appointment.
