This family has been an absolute joy to work with, and I couldn't be more excited for what's ahead. The modern-design lover in me is ridiculously excited to watch this home take shape!

Not only are they building an incredible custom home, but they'll also be enjoying acreage living in the Winsome community on one of the premier lots in the neighborhood. The combination of the home they've designed and the setting they've chosen is truly something special.

🏡 Congratulations to the Perez family on purchasing their very first home! 🎉

This family came to me after a very emotional and stressful new build experience with a lender who did not serve them well. They felt overwhelmed, uncertain about their next steps, and worried that the dream of homeownership might be slipping away. They also had the additional stress of already putting in notice for their lease. Despite the challenges, they remained optimistic, resilient, and determined.

One of the greatest honors of my job is being trusted during some of life's biggest moments and biggest financial decisions. I am incredibly grateful they placed that trust in me during such a vulnerable time. Watching everything come together and seeing them sign the final documents for their very first home was a powerful reminder of why I love serving this community and the people in it.

Real estate is about so much more than buying and selling houses. It's about people. And when you put people first, amazing things have a way of working out.
