The Colorado Springs real estate market continues to stay active as we move through the year. While we’re seeing a bit more balance between buyers and sellers compared to the fast-paced markets of the past few years, well-priced homes are still moving quickly and demand remains strong.

Waiting feels safe… until you do the math.

For Buyers: More inventory + slower pace = more choice + more room to negotiate. You don’t have to rush into a decision, and with many homes selling below list price, you could find a very good deal if you’re ready.
For Sellers: While you may not have the hyper-competitive bidding wars of past years, if you price right and present well, your home will sell. With more balance in the market, deals are likely more sustainable, not just a quick flip.
For the Market Overall: This is a healthy rebalancing. Rather than a crash, the market is stabilizing in a way that’s better for long-term growth and stability.
