The latest analysis from Realtor.com shows the summer housing market is tilting more toward buyers in several U.S. metros, thanks to rising inventory and slower competition in select regions. While the national market is still mixed, more cities are shifting into “buyer-friendly” territory—meaning more negotiating power, more listings to choose from, and less pressure to rush decisions. Translation: in the right markets, buyers are finally getting a little more breathing room this summer.
