The only bubble popping in 2025? The one in your champagne glass at closing! 🍾🏡 So if you’re waiting for the housing market to burst… hate to break it to you, but that’s not happening anytime soon.
Here’s what’s actually going on in Colorado Springs real estate:
📈 Home prices? Up 7% year-over-year. Still pretty steady.
⏳ Homes on the market? Averaging 62 days (which is totally normal for a “normal” market).
🏡 More inventory? Yep—33% more homes to choose from.
More homes = more options for buyers.
Steady demand = sellers still getting solid offers. Basically, it’s a good time to make a move, whether you’re buying or selling! I know, of course I’m going to say that but buyers are getting tons of incentives and concessions paid for.
Sellers are still netting high numbers. 🤷🏻♀️
Add the Mountain View’s and fresh clean air, who wouldn’t want to live here? 🏔️
