🏡Congrats to our new home buyers! They are so young and we have made great friends in the process! Their goal is to buy more properties locally in the future around the Denver metro area. This property here would make for an awesome Airbnb as the rates per day in the mountains are pretty high! The utilities are low being that it sits on a well an has a septic system instead of a city sewer line.
