On Monday, Walsh Pancio was proud to once again support Legal Aid of Southeastern PA (LASP) as a Premium Sponsor of the Montgomery Bar Foundation’s Annual Legal Aid Golf Classic. LASP provides critical legal services to low income individuals, survivors of domestic abuse, and elderly members of our community—ensuring access to justice for those who need it most.
Net proceeds from this year’s Golf Classic directly benefit LASP’s mission.

Walsh Pancio was honored to sponsor the MC-LEF (Marine Corps–Law Enforcement Foundation) clay shoot fundraiser this past Friday in the Lehigh Valley. MC-LEF has been supporting the families of fallen and disabled law enforcement officers since 1995, providing more than $94 million in educational accounts and humanitarian assistance to over 5,000 children and families.

It was a beautiful day to come together—part fun, part friendly competition—but most importantly, a powerful reminder of the sacrifices made by the men and women who protect our communities every single day. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support such meaningful work.

On the Friday before the “big game,” the Walsh Pancio crew kept our favorite tradition going with a "Souper Bowl" luncheon—homemade soups, salads, snacks, and plenty of desserts!

Even though the Birds won’t be taking the field this year, most of us proudly rocked our Eagles gear anyway. Well… almost all of us. There was one brave soul from Massachusetts who showed up in a Patriots shirt. We’re still deciding whether to forgive him. 🙄

In honor of MLK Day of Service, hundreds of high school students from Montgomery County gathered at the courthouse yesterday for the opening round of our region’s High School Mock Trial Competition, organized by the Young Lawyers Section of the Montgomery Bar Association. This event, which takes place across the Commonwealth, is recognized as one of the largest in the nation, with more than 290 high school teams taking part in the competition.
Teams of six students from local high schools took on the roles of attorneys and witnesses, presenting simulated cases before real judges and juries made up of attorneys and law firm staff. Our firm was honored to participate again this year, with managing partners Joe Walsh and Bruce Pancio serving as judges, and partners Mike Lyon, Jason Edwards, and associate Jade Heaven volunteering as jurors. Members of the Montgomery County Bench also contributed their time, including The Honorable Risa Vetri Ferman, who presided over mock trial proceedings in her courtroom.
Walsh Pancio congratulates all the students who took part in this competition, with best wishes to the winning teams advancing to the next round.

One such partner is Manna on Main Street, a food insecurity and hunger prevention organization, which serves the greater Lansdale and North Penn region. Manna's annual online silent auction is open, which has some great items up for bid. The link to the auction can be found below.
