Let’s be honest, multiple offers are very common in today’s market.

Sometimes home buyers wonder whether it is worth competing with other buyers in the seller’s market. When there is very little inventory on the market, the seller usually receives multiple offers. If the house is something you are looking for, it is a good idea to write an offer anyway. After all, someone will be the winning bidder. Why can’t that person be you?
