This Property Was Purchased As A “Subject To”deal. But, Word to the wise:
Sometimes when deciding on purchasing A “NegaRigged” property that unprofessional contractors started the renovation, but didn’t complete cause they didn’t know what the h$ll they were doing. Don’t walk away from the negotiations. Just remember those kind of real estate deals turn out to be the best ones to buy.

Unfortunately, my contractors had to piece it together to make it work, but it’s coming together.

Hi Guys! If you ever have plumbing issues. It could possibly be a clog in the sewer pipe outside. It's imperative to hire a professional plumber who owns the proper equipment to find & solve the problem.

Now, my issue at one of my properties could have been very expensive and drown out. But, my plumber Mike has his snake, camera and tracking device which was able to immediately find the clog in the sewer pipe. Then my contractor Aaron took over from that point and did the repair. I hope this post helps someone. If you need their services, contact me.

Decide where you will live next.

Pricing your Home: 1 # Hire Agent Debra Williamson To Help Every Step Of The Way.
She will compare your home to similar homes currently listed on the market.
She will do a CMA for more pricing accuracy. (Or) you can
Consider having a professional property appraisal validate your asking price. (Not really necessary)
Debra will Analyze her research; and add in other factors, such as how urgently you want to sell.
Then you can Decide on your final asking price.

Preparing Your Home to Sell:
Agent Debra will Assess the physical state of your home.
Decide what to fix or upgrade.
You will Make home improvements to add value to your home.
You will Increase your curb appeal from the street to the backyard.
Declutter and stage inside and outside to prepare your home for photos and showings.

Marketing Your Home:
Agent Debra Williamson will decide what marketing tactics to use.
She will take great photos of your home, inside and out, help declutter, and help stage for the sale.
She'll Advertise your listing and give it maximum exposure online.

Showing Your Home:
