Todd Taylor has been practicing law for almost 30 years. During that time, he has handled thousands of cases, with the first half of his career dedicated to general practice: divorce, criminal, wills, probate, civil matters, and torts. His first two criminal cases were acquittals, and later he got a hung jury on aggravated assault for his defense client involving a multiple gunshot victim. He has

He has handled thousands of bankruptcy cases (almost 4100 cases involving 7000 clients), and still has the largest consumer bankruptcy practice, by volume, in the State of Vermont. He also has handled hundreds of personal injury cases of all types, including wrongful death cases, and has had several six-figure settlements. Auto accidents, slip and fall, and injuries at work have been his main focus.
