As a proud, long-time WERC member, Coldwell Banker Prime Properties values the organization’s leadership in advancing education, collaboration, and professional standards across the mobility field.

Ryan has long led Coldwell Banker Prime Properties’ Relocation Department, where our dedicated department staff and relocation-trained agents help hundreds of transferring employees and their families each year navigate important moves—and feel more at home in their new communities—across the markets we serve.

His leadership extends well beyond our organization through active participation in WERC committees, task forces, and industry meetings, as well as a continued commitment to professional development. That dedication strengthens the service and support we provide to our relocation clients, CBPP team, and the communities we are proud to serve.

The WERC CRP certification has played an important role throughout my career in mobility. At the time of my introduction to the industry, the CRP certification was an important milestone in my career development for my employer and my role within my organization. It was never about “checking a box,” but rather the educational component of the CRP, and the experiences gained while working toward sitting for my certification allowed me to better understand my role and the various stakeholders involved in supporting the relocation process across the industry. The process of working toward and preparing for my CRP made me a better mobility professional. I do not view the CRP as a one-time course or certificate, but rather it is a continual journey involving learning, growing, understanding, and adapting to change within our industry. I strongly recommend that any professional working within the mobility sector work toward their CRP with WERC.
