My name is Levi Tyler and I’m a Real Estate Agent based in Coeur d’Alene Idaho, servicing Kootenai County and beyond. I’ve lived in the Inland Northwest most of my life, as a boy moving with my parents and siblings about 20 times in and around the Panhandle of Idaho, which now means that I can probably tell you exactly what it’s like to live in that neighborhood/area you’re moving to. I graduated from North Idaho College with a degree in Business Administration and I live here in Coeur d’Alene with my amazing wife and lovely daughter.

When I first got into real estate I was really.... well, shocked, by how different each real estate agent performs their job. I think I always assumed that all of those faces in the magazines or on signs, all did basically the same thing because they all held the same job title and in choosing an agent it was really just ā€œwhat flavor would you prefer and with which logo?ā€. Every single different agent, is their own business, and are as radically different from each other as that statement may suggest.

So I really expected that I would just be another face in that magazine and that my work ethic and integrity would be the only things to help me standout from the 2,300 other agents in Kootenai County.

I soon realized that not all agents insist on paying out of their pocket for professional pictures of a home they are helping to sell (much less professional video), especially if it was a lower priced home. Not all agents take the time to just sit down with someone looking to buy and talk with them about Why they want to buy a home, trying to understand their needs rather than just how many bedrooms they want. I do all of these things and more when I work with you, using my background in negotiation, customer service and my training in marketing.
