Moss Immigration Law is a small but busy immigration law firm with offices in Spokane WA, Coeur d’Alene ID, and Driggs ID. Our focus is on the immigration needs of a diverse group of immigrants and businesses. We are searching for someone to become a valued and long-term member of our team. Our mission is to respect and value our employees while providing excellent legal services to our clients. This position is for full-time employment and will be based in our Coeur d'Alene office.

A Receptionist is essential in a law firm and is expected to warmly and compassionately greet callers, clients, and visitors to make them feel welcome and comfortable. If you are looking for a career path in which to grow and advance, instead of a day-to-day job, there is an opportunity to do so here. If you are looking for a long-term career in reception, there is an opportunity to stay and flourish in this role as well.

Job duties include, but are not limited to: phone calls, calendar management, mail processing, scanning, opening cases, document gathering, file organization, time tracking, data entry of fees and expenses, scanning, closing cases, problem-solving, running errands, cleaning offices, and other tasks as assigned when not receiving calls or visitors.

Office Hours:
Office hours are M-F 8:30 am to 5 pm.

Skills/Qualifications:
Preferred:
Knowledge of Google (docs, drive, etc.), Adobe, and Microsoft Word
Required:
Previous office or call center experience
Ability to learn computer software programs quickly
Excellent customer service
Effective written and oral communications
Sense of urgency, organizational skills, motivation, self-sufficient after training, compassionate, team player, proactive approach, ability to ask questions as well as problem solve, ability to multitask but also focus, prioritize and re-prioritize a busy workload, attention to detail, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
