I consider myself blessed to have been born and raised right here in North Idaho!! When I was young, there were no stoplights along highway 95 between Coeur d’Alene and Hayden. After graduating from Coeur d’Alene High School, I wanted to pursue my dreams while living right here at home in Kootenai County! ver see, I never saw a reason to leave this magical place. My journey with Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty is something I excitedly call my “Chapter Two”. I retired from my first career after serving a combined 27 years in Spokane County and North Idaho local law enforcement. I was proud to be a member of the local law enforcement family and strove to provide the highest level of service to the citizens and communities I worked for. One of my greatest strengths while working up through the ranks in law enforcement was my ability to work with people in a fair and compassionate way. I always felt rewarded most when I was able to effect a positive change in someone’s life, no matter how large or small. After an amazing and successful career, I chose to enter real estate as a second career, having renewed passion because it allows me to continue to impact people’s lives in such a positive way. I chose to work for Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty because the company values reflect my values; to serve with honesty, integrity and service to others above all else. I believe in keeping things as simple as possible and doing the right things for the right reasons.
