Our shop is growing fast, and we’re looking for a highly organized, motivated Office Administrator to take charge of our back-office operations. If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and want to help build a business—not just punch a clock—this could be a perfect fit.

Part-time to start (20–30 hrs/week).
👉 Full-time opportunity available for the right person.
👉 Pay based on experience.

✅ What You’ll Do
• Create & manage repair orders
• Enter parts and track inventory
• Order parts, handle returns & cores
• Manage accounts receivable & payable
• Send statements, take payments, keep paperwork organized
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and techs
• Keep the shop running smoothly behind the scenes

✅ Who We’re Looking For
• Organized and detail-driven
• Strong communicator
• Good with computers and learning new systems
• Self-starter with a desire to help the company grow
• Experience in automotive or truck repair is a bonus, but not required

*** 🚨 DCNR ALERT: PROOF OF INSURANCE REQUIRED FOR ATV/SNOWMOBILES! 🚨 ***
Heads up, ATV and Snowmobile owners! We just received word this morning from the PA DCNR about a big change coming soon:

Beginning October 15, 2025, the Dealer Portal will require insurance information to complete the following actions:
Vehicle Registration Renewal
New/Transfer Application
Request Replacements
Change Address

*What's new: While liability insurance is already required for riding on land not owned or leased by you, DCNR is now officially collecting this information during title transfers and registration renewals.
*You will be required to provide your insurance details as part of the registration process
*The DCNR has not established minimum dollar amounts or specific coverage standards for the required liability insurance for ATVs and Snowmobiles

We know new rules can be frustrating, but these are mandates we must implement, so please direct any frustration toward the DCNR, not your local notary :)
