Currently consisting of two attorneys, we have an experienced legal staff, including two paralegals and one other part-time staff member. We are a client-oriented firm and provide legal services to many clients and businesses throughout eastern New Mexico and surrounding areas, as well as many local small and mid-sized businesses. We have a strong regional practice (eastern New Mexico and west Texas) in our primary practice areas of business and commercial law, estate planning, probate and taxation. Max Best represents many of the firm’s business clients and has a business, commercial, estate and probate law practice, together with extensive experience representing land owners on wind energy transactions. The firm does not practice criminal law, family law or handle debtor bankruptcy cases.
