Good things take time. 🤍

Calista & Jensen started their home search about a year and a half before their lease was set to end because they knew one thing: they weren’t going to settle for just any house.

They were looking for their dream home, and man, did we find it. 🍎🦌🌊🥾🏡🪴🔥🐿️

We toured some FUN and very unique homes along the way 🐆, laughed a lot, learned a lot, and waited. And waited. And waited some more.

I’ve lived in Duluth for almost 10 years now. 🤯

Before that, I grew up in a suburb of the “cities”. I thought I’d miss the convenience, the shopping, and always having somewhere to be. But somewhere along the way, my definition of convenience completely changed.

Now, convenience looks like...
• Driving across town without spending half your day in traffic or stop lights.
