Doug Siedenburg represented DSM First Assembly of God Church, the Seller of a 16 acre parcel in Urbandale, Iowa. The property will be developed by Ryan Companies US, Inc. into a 134,000 square-foot Headquarters for John Deere ISG.

The project represents one of the largest, most recent, developments in the area known as the Urban Loop. The building is expected to be completed in mid-2019 and will house approximately 600 employees.

The groundbreaking ceremony was held this morning on site.
