Bragg is sole practitioner located in Clive, Iowa. Ben practices primarily in the areas of criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation. He represents clients charged with Operating While Intoxicated (OWIs), controlled substance charges, domestic abuse assault, theft, burglary, robbery, sexual abuse, and any other charges in Iowa courts. Additionally, Ben represents clients in divorce procee
dings, child custody matters, spousal support modification. Ben also represents plaintiffs in personal injury cases ranging from motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls to other injuries. Ben also represents injured workers under Iowa's workers' compensation laws. Ben will also represent clients on appeal before the Iowa Supreme Court or Court of Appeals. Ben graduated from Iowa State University in 2006 with a double major in History and Classical Studies. He graduated from Drake University Law School with High Honors in December 2011. After passing the bar exam, Ben clerked for multiple district court judges in the First and Fifth Judicial Districts of Iowa in both Black Hawk and Dallas counties. Following this, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Judge Christopher McDonald of the Iowa Court of Appeals, now presiding as Justice on the Iowa Supreme Court. He is admitted to practice in Iowa. When not practicing law, Ben competes in and trains for powerlifting competitions.
