The Story
The abbreviation in the name of my company are the initials of our two kids, Cade and Peyton. I wanted to incorporate them in the name as I do this to show what it takes to be an entrepreneur and you can do anything that you put your mind to it.
I went to school DMAAC for Culinary Arts in Ankeny and after graduation, I ended up at Wells Fargo Financial assisting with mortgage loans. I was part of Wells Fargo for 9 and half years and had many hats on the mortgage side. I can say that I truly worked myself up and learned so much from being a part of Wells Fargo. I would not take back all of those experiences as I currently use them in my new role.
Once leaving Wells Fargo we decided to go full time and start a Real Estate company to really make it our own to be able to help more sellers and buyers. I am the office coordinator and I take the pictures for our new listings. It is very important for us to have pictures loaded when a listing goes up as that is the first impression that a potential client has about the property. Every moment counts and that goes for pictures as well.
I have decided to start my own company so I can offer my services of taking pictures for other Real Estate agents in the Des Moines metro area in order to help others see what the different homes have to offers.
